Our Physicians

Village Family Health Team (VFHT) will be a group of physicians working collaboratively with an interprofessional team of health care professionals who will provide primary care services to patients from Toronto neighbourhoods bound by College St. to the north, Bathurst St. to the east, Lakeshore Blvd West to the south and Roncesvalles to the west.
