Programs and Services

Village FHT offers a number of programs that enhance its comprehensive offering of core primary care services. The focus is promoting health and disease prevention. To date, priority programs for Village FHT are:

• Pre-Diabetes and Diabetes
• Flu Clinic
• Child and Family Health
• Wellness Promotion, Illness Prevention and Screening
• Mental Health and Addictions

Village FHT continues to develop programs meet the health needs of our patient population.
